Gemma Therese Holihen Middle: We rejoice in the birth of our daughter, Gemma Therese Holihen born on (date and time) weighting (pounds and ounces). She is very sick and in need of many prayers. (please flip card) Back: (Gemma is currently in critical condition in the NICU at (name of hospital) as you may know, she was diagnosed prenatally with a rare and almost always fatal condition, Trisomy 13, along with congenital heart and kidney defects. Although only 5-10% of babies born with this diagnosis survive the first year of life, we know that through God all things are possible, and ask that you please help pray for complete healing for our precious baby girl. Scenario B: (Gemma is still born) Front: A precious child of God born into the arms of Jesus forever with us in our hearts Gemma Therese Holihen Middle: Our baby Gemma was born into Eternal Life on (d and t) weighing (p and o). She will be forever loved and never forgotten by her Mommy and Daddy, Terry and Courtney and by her siblings, Juliana, Shane and Ryan Back: Although we are deeply saddened by the death of our baby girl, we feel truly blessed that God put such a precious child in our lives. Even though our little Gemma lived only in her mother's womb, she will be forever in our hearts and forever a part of our family. We do not want to upset you by this news. We just want you to know of our little Saint in Heaven and ask for your prayers and support in getting through this difficult time.
